How Project #1 is going

My pop culture topic is The Kardashians, especially focusing on Kim and Kylie. They are both big names in the family and definitely have expanded their name through other outlets. The artifacts I will analyze are their social media accounts, such as twitter and Instagram, their reality TV show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians", and their clothing/makeup lines. Out of the Kardashians, they are the most involved in social media and have made headlines through twitter and Instagram. Although they have a lot to themselves and there is a wide range to write about, I am focusing on these artifacts because they are the most involved in the social world.

I am not using an outline to organize my paper, however I am organizing it by dedicating a paragraph or two to each artifact explaining them rhetorically. I focus more on topic sentences that I would like to use to organize my paper so it flows correctly and thoroughy. I like that this paper has a wide range of what we can write about. There are so many different pop culture icons and topics to choose from and being able to write about what you want to is really fun. The biggest challenge of this paper I think is analyzing each artifact rhetorically and relating it to the icon in that way.
